Hundreds of working miniature steam engines return to the museum.

The Old Kiln Light Railway hosts a variety of layouts, of many different scales and periods.

Village at War
wartime re-enactors once again transform the museum with the sights, sounds and smells of a wartime village 'somewhere in England'. Come along and experience 1940s' life.

Miniature Traction Engine Rally
The members of the WSMTEC and friends will be bringing their scale model steam engines along for you to admire.

Sunday Funday
A special day for children to experience the atmosphere of a fete and Sunday School Treat of old. Come as a family to join in the fun with old fashioned games and pastimes.

September 4th and 5th - Our annual music festival with camping. Among the stars will be The Zombies, Wishbone Ash plus the very best local musicians and rising stars of rock, blues, folk, jazz and world music. There will also be music and drum workshops, children's entertainers and a vintage car display.
